Utah Winter Engagements up Little Cottowood Canyon

I love shooting Utah Winter Engagements! It’s not often that I get asked to shoot many portraits in the winter. I mean with the mountains so close and the Southern Utah red rocks within a few hours. It doesn’t even feel fair that when the winter comes it is even more beautiful. My favorite part about shooting in the winter is that every time I go up one of the canyons it looks completely different. Utah has such a unique landscape that you can get trees, rocks, and snow all within a few minutes drive of each other.
